And Fast

RobertPlant rang me yesterday while I was cheering myself up, browsing the shelves at Officeworks.

"Not at work?" he asked.

"Nah, I chucked a sad and decided to come home."

"I'd say to come round here but [Tam O'Shanter's ex-stepmother] is coming over, and I wouldn't put you through that."

"It's okay. I just want to go home, get into my pyjamas and, you know [adopts poxy voice] be with myself for a while."

"I dread to think where that might be heading."

He needn't have worried, it would've only been the same place everything else in my life is apparently going: nowhere.

Your blog isn´t going nowhere, love. So you´re lying to us...

George, I thought I knew who you were - ie, Sarah Ulmer's brother - but now you've got me wondering.

Who´s Sarah and is her brother´s name George?

Wondering is good, because my motto is "keep them guessing"...

In fact, HB, I´m not even remotely close to you, hell, I live half a world away it seems. I just wish I lived in Freo...

how does one get an ex-stepmother?

Take care! Hope you're feeling better soon.

Oh Haze! Hope things are on the up and up now after you've enjoyed the restorative powers of pyjamas.

I'm curious whether you have a box for "sad" on your leave forms. It would be a highly beneficial improvement to ours.

Does you're 'Nowhere' come with a buzzing neon light thingy and a really grotty side street?

Mustn't be in Freo then... Notre Dame cleaned all THOSE joints up... bit of a shame really ;-)

My 'Nowhere' is wrapped around technolgy failure right now. I'm stranded in Karratha with buggerall communication tools at my beck and call.

I dont like Telstra very much right now. In fact - if you heard some shouting at the edge of your hearing - it might of been me!

Anon, it happens when your father divorces your stepmother, I guess.

Mary & Karen - thanks, am better; was just one of those days.

Belongum, there are many dark alleyways of the mind, she said meaningfully.
