The delightful Sarah Ulmer - "A day without bacon is a day wasted" - has returned from her adventures in The Argentine, where she chased wild ponies across the pampas, manes and locks flowing in glorious unison. Or something.
She'll be heading back to Canberra soon so my days of gossiping over coffee (or similar drink) at Gloria Jean's are numbered. I will be interviewing shortly for a replacement. Applications may be posted in the comments.

I am hereby expressing my interest. You know I have an unhealthy interest and ulterior motive for getting you Into Coffee, as I am. It is like sudokuuuuuuuu. You will loooooove it [sing-song voice]. Sorry I meant that to read: You WILL love it [hint of menace].
My qualifications are thus:
I drink loads of coffee.
I gossip a fair bit too.

Dammit. I too had placed a similar ad on my blog. I thought my liking of bacon and links to Kojonup stood me in good stead, but alas.

The Ulmer is indeed back and heading for Canberra on Monday.
Canberrans are advised to take cover/prepare the bacon. Note that travel installments are lagging several weeks behind actual events, and I am not in fact still squandering in an Argentinean gaol.
