I was beginning to think I'd imagined that anyone had broken in but forensics have been around and showed me footprints underneath my window. They were good - forensics, that is (though the footprints were also nice & clear).

I did sleep with my window closed last night. It was awful, but I suppose I'll get used to it. I deeply resent the awful and the getting used to.

However, I deeply, deeply appreciate New Girl, The Antiquer, QEII and k. for friendship above and beyond the call of duty. Big thumbs up to them.
