As we drove along behind a VW Polo this morning, Grumpy and I wondered how many more cars could be named after stupid sports.
"The Lacrosse."
"The Croquet."
"Oh I see you've picked up a Croquet. Bravo! We went with the Lawn Bowls ourselves."
"The Hurling."
"The Mud Wrestler." (a downmarket version of a Land Rover)
"The Dwarf Thrower." (a mini)
"The Sumo." (a 4WD)
We're so easily amused.

International traveller says: in Argentina the Golf is called a Gol (or if you are a South American soccer commentator, Goooooooooooooooooooooooooool).
