To the great mirth and merriment of everyone, it turns out that Grumpy's girlfriend is a relationship counsellor. Also, she reads coffee cups. Now this is something I could take an interest in. I asked him if Tahini would do a coffee cup reading for me. Apparently she's happy to.
"Great!" I said to him on the phone the other day. "The next time you pop down, bring her along."
I could just hear him feeling uneasy and looking shifty. "I'm not sure how comfortable I am with that."
Well. I do have her phone number. It might not be up to him.
