Anchors, and bowels, away!

I was chatting to QEII the other day. Her three nieces have just been diagnosed with Coeliac disease. This has, of course, necessitated a huge change in diet for the whole family. I asked QEII what her mum thought of it all. It appears that Ibu, not being the most sensitive of souls, nor shy of an opinion, had proffered the following thought: "It's probably the sea change they all need."
