I forgot to mention that last week Grumpy turned 40. It was a hot day so after I got home I picked him up from his work and we went to the beach. Lolling in the cool water at Port Beach isn't too bad a way to spend your 40th birthday. Then we rolled into Fremantle for a delicious dinner at Falduzzi's.
On the downside, Pouncey did write a very unkind message in his birthday card. But you can't have everything.
