Grumpy and I were driving along in our old car, George, when we were car-jacked. I was thrown out of the car and the car-jackers drove off with Grumpy and George. I called the police, who didn't seem terribly interested in dealing with the case.
"How expensive is the car?" asked the bored-sounding cop.
I was almost sobbing as I replied, "The car's financial worth is negligible, but both it and the husband are of great sentimental value!"

Glad you included the husband in the sentimental value.
