(3) No, they're not balloons, they're ideas. Or even suggestions.
(4) Learning is not a noun! Learnings is not a word!
(5) No we don't. Particularly since we don't work in agriculture.

Which cleansers are best for prioritizing? Baking soda and vinegar, perhaps? So you can see what bubbles up to the surface?
Oh no, really? I shall never complain about my workplace buzzwords again. (Not for a few days anyway)
"Cleansers" not "lenses"??? Haven't heard that one. It might make sense if the cleanser tell you which ones stay dirty after a superficial clean.
"Learnings" is very in at the moment. I replace it with "lessons" whenever it's within my power to do so.
I do love a good bit of work terminology. In fact, I just had some silo issues the other day. You will all be happy to know that we have now resolved it.
I can see the person saying these things in my mind's eye and WAIT! Wait a SEC! I AM Putting Darts in her balloons!!! She's totally wrong---I really AM!!!! Stab STAB STAB!!!!!
