Last night Grumpy and I took in a preview screening of Venus, starring the marvellous Peter O'Toole. What a wonderfully dark-but-uplifting movie. Not everyone's cup of tea, I'm sure, but we thought it was great.
As the credits rolled Grumpy asked, "That girl was bloody good. Who's she?"
"Dunno. The reviews say she's some unknown youngster with a bright future blah blah."
"Right. And that old codger wasn't too bad either, whoever he was."
